How We Make our Plaques

The first stage is engraving the plaque. To ensure a perfect cut, we do at least 2 passes.

After a desired depth is reached we begin the paint filling process. In this case we have an off-white colour for the lettering as this plaque will be bronzed.

Plaque is machine linished until the perfect finish is achieved.

The plaque is then coated in a UV stable lacquer, dried & recoated to help ensure the longest life of the plaque.

The drying process begins. When the lacquer is touch dry the plaques are then baked to further harden the surface of the lacquer.
