In response to the rapid growth of the company, Brass Plaques Australia has invested nearly $20,000 in a state of the art negative pressure spray booth and professional grade air, filter & spray equipment. The booth has been in construction for the past month and was commissioned on the 12th of October 2007. The booth will play a key role in both allowing for the future growth of the company, as well as improving the finish of our U.V. stabilised lacquer/sealer.
The dust free environment created inside the booth will prevent attacks from small airborne dust particles produced by the other processes involved in surface preparation of brass plaques. The person applying the lacquer is also now fully protected from inhaling over-spray. Future plaques will be completed faster, as past random dust spots required plaques to be cut back and re-lacquered, a process which usually added 24-48 hours to the production time.
This investment is testament to BBA's commitment to superior quality, rapid production and, ultimately, better service. It is this attitude which sets BPA apart, and makes them an industry leader!
