Acrylic plaques are a great option when you are short on time and/or budget. The metallic finishes look just like the real thing; virtually indistinguishable form actual metal to the untrained eye. Acrylic plaques are commonly used in last minute conditions for ceremonial events and grand openings, then followed up with a permanent brass or stainless plaque. They are manufactured from industry grade plastics and engraved with state of the art laser machinery. This is a relatively quick process, allowing a 24-48 hour turnaround. Exterior grade options are available, but only suitable for very mild weathering and temperature extremes.
